BILLING INFORMATION

Meters are read by our staff on or about the 15th of each month and the bills are mailed around the 27th of each month.  Payments are due to be received at our office by 5:00 pm on the 15th thereafter. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, then the payment is considered late if not received by 5:00 pm on the next regular business day.  If you have not received your bill during the first week of the month, please call for your account balance.

F.Y.I.- An example of this billing system is that the charges for the utility service and water used between March 16th and April 15th will be due on May 15th.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept cash and checks in our office between the hours of 8:30 am and 5: pm, Monday through Friday or you can opt to have your payment automatically debited from a bank account of your choice around the 11th of each month. If you choose the automatic debit feature, an ACH debit form must be completed and returned to our office.  There is a night deposit box located near the entrance of the sidewalk at our office to allow for after hours payments. .

Additionally, you may pay your bill online using our online payment program.  Your account balance and history cannot be accessed through the internet.  In order to make an online payment you will need to know your Sardis-Lone Elm account number and how much you wish to pay.  The bills are mailed to each account every month regardless of which payment method is chosen by the member and all the information needed to be able to make an on-line payment is located on the billing card.  Simply click on the link below and follow the instructions.
